This Privacy Policy describes how SexDollUSA (www.sexdolltorsos.com, the “Site”), operated by Sastem Inc (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

Order information
- Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (such as card details, which are processed by our payment provider), email address and phone number.
- Purpose of collection: to provide products to you and fulfill our contract, to process your payment, arrange shipping, provide invoices and order confirmations, communicate with you, screen orders for potential risk or fraud, and, in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products.
- Source of collection: collected from you.
- Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, our payment providers and the carriers that deliver your order.
Customer support information
- Examples of Personal Information collected: your name, email address, phone number, order number and the content of messages you send us.
- Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.
- Source of collection: collected from you.
Minors
The Site is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us using the details below to request deletion.
Sharing Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

Analytics and advertising
We use Google’s tags (Google Analytics and Google Merchant Center measurement, installed through the Google & YouTube app for Shopify) to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure the results of our product listings and advertising. These tags receive device information and information about pages viewed, items added to cart and purchases. Using Personal Information
We use your Personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services and offers.
Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information, subject to any records we must keep by law.
Automated decision-making
Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you. Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:
- Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
- Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) gives you the right to know what Personal Information we collect, use and disclose; to request a copy of it; to ask us to correct or delete it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
